Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. This applies exclusively to non-perishable products or for demonstrably defective goods.

Perishable food items are excluded from returns if they have been opened or used, or if their integrity and storage conditions have been compromised.

Products that were damaged during transit or have defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to facilitate a possible replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products (where applicable).

If a product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, the customer may choose between a replacement product or a full refund.
