General Terms and Conditions (GTC) — E-beric.ch
1. Scope Sales made through E-beric.ch are aimed exclusively at customers based in Switzerland. Deliveries are made only within Swiss territory. All products are marketed in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
2. Products and Prices

The products shown in the online shop are subject to availability from stock.

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
3. Nature of the Products The products sold (wine, cheese, sausages) are perishable foods with a best-before date. Due to their nature, the following applies:

Youth Protection (age restrictions due to the nature of the products) Under Swiss legislation, the purchase of alcoholic beverages on this website is reserved for persons who have reached the legal minimum age:

Minimum age 16 years for beer and wine (fermented alcoholic beverages).

Minimum age 18 years for spirits and distilled alcoholic beverages.

In some cantons, such as Ticino, the minimum age is 18 years for all alcoholic beverages. By ordering products containing alcohol, you confirm that you have reached the legal minimum age and are authorised to purchase them. E-beric.ch reserves the right to request valid proof of identity at any time and to cancel orders if the age requirements are not met.
4. Returns and Exchanges Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, but only for non-perishable products or for goods proven to be defective. Perishable foods are excluded from return if they have been opened or used, or if their integrity and storage conditions have been compromised. Products damaged during transport will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds Refunds are issued within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned products (where applicable). In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, the customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
6. Deliveries Deliveries are made exclusively in Switzerland by logistics partners such as the Swiss Post or equivalent service providers. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the transfer of the data strictly necessary for delivery to these partners.
